Our Team
Those working with SHE Knows are all members of IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health), with many also belonging to other professional bodies linked to their areas of expertise. This means that they are required to follow strict codes of conduct, keep up to date with current legislation and best practices, and maintain the professional standards expected within the H&S industry
With our combination of knowledge, skills, and practical experience, we are available to provide support and advice on whatever health and safety issues you may have.
Our core consultancy team is made up of:
✓ Brian
Brian is an engineer by trade and brings hands on experience of working in workshops and on vehicles to the table. He can see things from the perspective of both those on the shop floor and supervisors. Away from work, he enjoys designing patterns for hot air ballons
✓ Linda
Linda specialises in civil construction and CDM, including event build, break and show-day safety. She supports clients by creating and updating management systems that keep things running smoothly. She is also a hot air balloon and drone pilot, giving her a solid understanding of air law and wider compliance requirements.
✓ Bradley
Bradley delivers much of our day-to-day consultancy work, managing Competence Person Packages and providing practical compliance advice through inspections and audits. He supports clients with CHAS, SafeContractor and similar platforms, and supports accident investigations to strengthen future risk controls.
