This 1 day course will outline the main legal requirements and responsibilities of the duty holders under the Construction Design and Management Regulations. Focus will be covered on the requirement of the delegates, who may find themselves in the position of a Duty holder such as a Client, Principal Contractor, Principal Designer or part of the underlying teams – designer, architect or contractor.
