Terms of Service

Bookings are confirmed by either full payment or upon receipt of a purchase order, once confirmed, training session(s) cancelled by the client within 5 working days of the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the training.

Cancellations made by the client less than 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date will be charged at full price.

Rescheduled training will be dealt with at the discretion of SHE-Knows senior management.

Please be advised that training certificates and cards will be sent out once payment has been made.
