SHE Knows delivery methods for this qualification – we are different, not just your average training provider.
At SHE Knows, we aim to concentrate on using work-based evidence for your level 3 and not just assignments or written Q&A. The Assessors at SHE Knows are human assessors, not a computer platform or team of admin staff.
We have tried to make this as uncomplicated as possible by collecting evidence through a range of methods, including submission of real work completed during your day-to-day job, a professional discussion with your assessor, and a written Q&A task. You will be working with an experienced human assessor (not online platforms or admin staff) who will be there to support you, motivate you, and guide you every step of the way until you succeed.
Time scales for completion do vary from person to person, however ProQual estimate that the average time spent on this qualification is 30 hours.
You can start at any time. Once you have signed up and we have received your completed registration form (attached), you will be issued a work pack via email. On your initial contact/induction with your assessor they will explain evidence gathering and how to understand our workbook and filing systems.
