Level 2 courses are now available in three formats Manufacture, Catering and Retail.
They are the first food safety courses in the UK to be completely on-line training, testing and instant certification with awarding body ASET (www.aset.ac.uk) certification. There innovative courses herald in a new age in achieving compliance for your staff. If any member of your staff handles food, they should complete the new level 2 course.

This course replaces the old Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and meets the new 2007 standards. This allows the manager to have peace of mind knowing that your staff are trained to meet the current Food Safety Standards... Whether you are a manufacturer, business owner or indeed in any food related industry. This training is fully animated with very high quality graphics/animation and it also has a full audio voice over to read every word on screen. With a full ASET certificate available on completion.

The design function also allows the trainee to log out of the course and then continue the course where they logged out another day. This is useful for busy production lines and flash orders! Then once you are ready for the test you can begin. If you do fail, you can re-sit the test only by paying the £10+ VAT.

Consisting of 5 individual lessons each taking approximately 30 minutes to complete*, the course takes 150 minutes in total to complete* with one end test.
